Who handles your application
AXQ Capital uses the information you submit to assess your application and manage the recruitment process. For questions about your application information, contact recruiting@axqcap.com.
Information collected
The application form collects the information requested for the role, such as your name, contact details, résumé or CV, any cover letter you choose to provide, and your answers to job-specific questions.
The website also records your acceptance of this notice, its version, the submission time, your IP address and browser information. These records support application delivery and help prevent abuse.
How your information is used
We use your application information to evaluate your suitability for the role and communicate with you during recruitment. Applications are first stored by our website's submission service and then sent to Greenhouse Software, Inc., our recruitment management provider, for the recruiting team to review.
If an application cannot be delivered immediately, the service keeps it and retries delivery. A confirmation from this website means that your application has been received by our submission service.
The form uses a verification service to help prevent automated submissions. Alibaba Cloud processes verification information, and our submission service sends the verification token and your IP address to that provider to check the result.
Storage and retention
Copies held by our website's submission service are scheduled for deletion within 7 days after successful delivery to Greenhouse. Applications that have not been delivered are retained so delivery problems can be investigated. Deletion of a website copy does not delete the application held in Greenhouse.
